As a courtesy to our patients, we will fill file on all traditional, indemnity insurance plans. Patients are responsible for the portion that insurance will not cover on the day of service. This portion is an estimate based on the information your insurance company provides and does NOT GUARENTEE payment. Know the details of your plan as their contract is with you not our office and you may need to be involved to receive the benefits that you are entitled to. Please be advised that all balances not covered by your insurance plan are to be paid for in full at the end of thirty days.
