Dr. Ilustre’s hygienist will do x-rays which are required to diagnose cavities, evaluate jaw joint and gum health and a cancer screening.  The doctor will then instruct his hygienist on the type of cleaning you need and talk to you about all the concerns he has and the treatment you need.  He strongly recommends a professional application of fluoride for all adult patients.

His treatment coordinator will be advised of all your needs and she will be going over your insurance coverage if applicable and discussing the appointments you may need.  She will also schedule you for your next cleaning appointment.
